I love this color. It has a little bit of sparkle but not too much to be obnoxious. And it's OPI so you know it's a great quality. I get compliments on this color ALL the time. Love it!

I just got this at my hair salon and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the color. I used to wear blue nail polish all the time (20 years ago) but feel, somehow, that the brighter blues I used to wear so often are just too trendy and too young for a 40 year old (even though I wear them on my toes sometimes, still). Anyway, this color is wonderful. Still blue(ish) -- like a favorite faded pair of jeans -- and with a little glittery sparkle. Like the other reviewer said, the sparkle isn't too much, just enough for a little fanciness. And the light sparkle brightens up the blue-gray color just a touch so it doesn't look too dull. I love this color!

I received a mini bottle of this as a gift and i immediately came here to buy a full sized bottle. This is a grey-ish medium blue color with a smattering of gold and silver shimmer flecks that look beautiful in sunlight. It's what id call an "edgy neutral", it's really not blue enough to be a childish color and the grey in it makes it an absolutely fantastic color for Fall. It goes well with my relatively light pastel and beige wardrobe and adds a little kick to anything when on longer nails.
I know it's really a classic Fall-Winter color...but i more or less wear it all the time its so lovely! Even now at the end of July :)

Weighing just 3.4 ounces and measuring 0.4 inches slim, the unlocked Nokia 700 is the most compact device in Nokia's Symbian-powered smartphone lineup. Despite its size, the Nokia 700 is packed with the latest mobile technologies, including a fast 1 GHz processor, 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and HD 720p video capture, and single-tap near-field communication (NFC) sharing and pairing capabilities. The Nokia 700 is powered by the Symbian Belle operating system, which offers the most personal user interface from Nokia so far and a more powerful mobile Web browsing experience.
The thin Nokia 700 smartphone with 1 GHz processor and NFC sharing and pairing capabilities.
Compatible with both AT&T's and T-Mobile's 3G networks, the Nokia 700 also includes ultra-fast Wireless-N Wi-Fi networking for access to home, business, and on-the-go hotspots plus next-generation Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity. (Learn more about this unlocked phone's network compatibility below.)
The 3.2-inch ClearBlack AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass on top makes it look almost as the homescreen icons are painted on the surface of the handset. And the ClearBlack display helps reduce reflections on the screen to produce sharp contrasts both indoors and out.
Other features include a 2 GB internal memory, microSD memory expansion to 32 GB via optional cards, integrated GPS with Nokia Maps featuring free turn-by-turn navigation, full HTML web browser, access to personal and corporate e-mail, pre-loaded NFC-capable Angry Birds game, access to the Ovi Store for thousands of apps, and up to 4.7 hours of talk time (see full specs below).
Symbian Belle Operating System
Symbian Belle is the latest in a series of planned software updates to the Symbian platform, which will continue into 2012. Symbian Belle increases the number of home screens from three to six, providing more room to display applications and services.
Gorgeous 3.2-inch AMOLED ClearBlack touchscreen.
Live widgets now come in five different sizes, making the home screens come alive and giving you more flexibility to personalize your phone. A new email widget means you can browse your inbox directly on the home screen--tap an email to read it and then reply. And with the social network widget, you can scroll feeds and stay up to date without needing to open an app. It also includes a pull down menu and taskbar to access notifications from any of the home screens and further enhancements to the Web browsing experience.
Near-Field Communication
The Nokia 700 lets you read and interact with near-field communication (NFC) tags. You can share contacts, videos and images with other NFC-enabled devices and smartphones, as well as pairing with NFC-enabled mobile accessories such as speakers and headsets. Gaming fans also benefit from the NFC capabilities of the new handsets with the ability to unlock additional levels in Angry Birds or find a hidden blade in Fruit Ninja just by touching two NFC-enabled devices together.
5-megapixel camera with HD 720p video capture.
Other functionality includes the ability to "touch" or "swipe" an NFC tag that might be embedded in a poster, sticker, or advertisement, then act on the data read from the tag. For example, you could read a tag at a restaurant, store, or event and then rate or register by jumping to a web site whose URL is included in the tag data.
Using NFC technology, the Nokia Essence Bluetooth Stereo Headset can be paired with any NFC-enabled smartphone simply by tapping the two devices together. It uses special active noise cancellation technology to eliminate an unprecedented 99.8 percent of background noise--delivering pure, high-fidelity sound no matter how noisy the surroundings for people who don't want to sacrifice audio quality when going wireless.
Free Worldwide Walk and Drive Navigation
Nokia offers its Nokia Maps walk and drive navigation application free across the globe. Drivers receive turn-by-turn voice guidance including lane assistance, traffic information (in 10 countries including the U.S.), and safety camera and speed warnings, while pedestrians will be guided on shortcuts through parks and pedestrian-only zones in over 100 cities across the globe. And unlike other mobile navigation mapping solutions, Nokia Maps works offline--no cellular service is required.
Smartphone
The Nokia 700 is the most Nokia smartphone ever--from its high-quality sustainable materials to its efficient use of energy. Many features work together to reduce power consumption, like the energy-efficient AMOLED display and the fast, Nokia Fast Charger AC-15 that comes with your Nokia 700.
Vital Statistics
The Nokia 700 weighs 3.39 ounces and measures 4.33 x 1.97 x 0.38 inches. Its 1080 mAh lithium-ion battery is rated at up to 4.7 hours of 3G talk time, and up to 450 hours (18.75 days) of standby time. This unlocked cell phone can be used with a GSM network service provider. It does not come with a SIM card, and it requires that you provide a SIM card for usage with your selected service provider. This phone comes with a full manufacturer's warranty.
When paired with a compatible 3G network, you'll enjoy a high-speed connection offering a variety of feature-rich wireless services--from data connectivity to your office to multimedia streaming, and take advantage of simultaneous voice and data services. In areas not served by a 3G network, you'll continue to receive data service via EDGE network (depending on network compatibility).

You really have to try this phone in person to appreciate how compact and well built it is. If you have large pockets, want a big screen, and don't mind the extra weight, there are many other options out there. But if you want a compact phone, with decent email, messaging, calendar, map, etc. there really is no competition right now.
Symbian Belle is a vast improvement over previous versions of Symbian, and on my phone it's been solid, and the battery life is good.

After month or so with the phone, I am really happy with it according to my criteria - in this order: 1. I can use it as I please - any operator, any country, no contract. This is great for money, time and environment. 2. it is not too expensive for unlocked, no contract phone with so much functionality 3. it is phone by form factor - easily pocket-able and light not a huge screen brick/pad 4. it is phone by battery life - lasts days, not hours like other smart phones. There are days when I do not use it at all. So what would be the point of charging it for the sake of it 5. it can be charged over standard USB cable - great for travel/work/anywhere - no need to worry about where to get charger or your "special" cable. 6. can sync with Outlook properly and without the need for network or on-line service. USB cable is ideal - simple and safe. Does calendar, notes, tasks. Perfectly replaces aging but excellent Palm pilots. There is no way many people can... Read more

I'm from Europe and a sucker for Nokia products, so this review will be biased.
This phone is very stylish. It's clearly a Nokia design - bar form factor but with a touchscreen, very very thin, no huge screen or plastic construction. The chassis feels very sturdy. I have been put off with the "bigger is better" trend in current smartphones - this phone is perfect for me.
The display is gorgeous. Comparable to my roommate's Galaxy S2, but not as bright. Battery life is okay, but the phone will die within a day and a half of heavy 3G/gaming.
Speaker is loud and clear, louder than my iPod Touch. The "lip" design worried me but is much more subtle in person. Phone came with a 4GB microSD card plugged in for some reason, which was a nice bonus; the support of 32GB microSD cards was a big selling point for me.
Symbian Belle is great. It's definitely not Android, but I like it more than iOS - it's polished and very customizable. There is a severe... Read more

Amazon.com Product Description Whistler's Pro-78SE is a detector that maximizes sensitivity and minimizes falsing. Ka Max Mode gives you improved Ka Band sensitivity. Radar Signature ID displays known Ka gun frequencies to help distinguish threats, and Laser Signature ID does the same by displaying pulses per second of received laser signals. Take advantage of 360-degree coverage for all radar and laser bands, Whistler's patented POP-mode detection, and a wealth of other features in this compact detector.
The Pro-78SE maximizes sensitivity and minimizes falsing. Click to enlarge.
Blue Text Display The brilliant blue text display provides distinct visual confirmation of signals detected, signal strength, and indicates engaged modes of operation.
Filter Mode There are times when a radar detector can emit the same frequency as police radar and can cause your detector to falsely alarm. Sometimes a detector can display a signal when picking up another radar detector in vehicle close by. The Whistler Filter Mode checks the signal to verify if it's a legitimate police radar or a false alert from another detector.
Auto Dim Mode The Auto Dim feature automatically switches the illumination of the text display between the bright and dim settings according to varying light conditions so that the text display will always be easy to read.
INTELLICORD Ready Add the Whistler INTELLICORD and you'll be able to remotely control the radar detector in settings such as power on/off, city modes, dim/dark and quiet/auto quiet with a simple press of a button.
Real Voice Alerts
Real Voice provides added information to the detected signal over and above the simple band ID tones from internal speaker. Click to enlarge.
Add the Whistler INTELLICORD for remote control of radar detector settings. Click to enlarge.
Real Voice provides added information to the detected signal over and above the simple band ID tones. The unit says "X band" when it detects an X band signal. This allows you to keep your eyes on-the-road. Real Voice is also used to articulate Safety Warning System messages and feature selections. Real Voice will be used to articulate the following:
Band Identification
Safety Warning System messages
Feature Selection
Low Profile Alert Periscopes Whistler's Low Profile Alert Periscopes provide an added attention getting visual alert. The two extra LEDs flash on and off when the unit alarms to provide a unique visual alert.
3 City Modes/Highway Mode Highway mode provides full audio and visual warning of laser/radar systems while maintaining full sensitivity. Highway mode is the default setting of all Whistler's laser/radar detectors. City mode helps reduce the annoyance of automatic door openers and burglar alarm alerts by providing an initial alert (same distance as Highway Mode) then remaining quiet unless the signal strength becomes very strong. When the signal increases the unit will alert briefly to notify you of the change in signal strength.
Stay Alert The Stay Alert feature is designed to test a driver's alertness. Within 30 to 60 seconds after the feature is engaged an alert is sounded; to show alertness, the driver must press the volume, city or the mute button within 3-5 seconds. If a button is pressed within 3-5 seconds, the cycle is repeated. If a button was not pressed within 3-5 seconds the unit alarms at full volume and the display shows an unique visual alert.
Quiet/Auto Quiet Modes Pressing QUIET before a signal is detected engages Auto Quiet Mode, which automatically reduces the audio level after the initial warning to a low audio level setting. Pressing QUIET during a radar/laser encounter silences audio alerts, while allowing visual alerts to keep you informed.
Alert Priority When two or more signals are received at the same time, the alert priority is: Laser, VG-2, Speed Radar, Safety Radar.
Example: If X band is alerting, then suddenly a VG-2 signal is detected, the VG-2 warning will override the X band alert.
Vehicle Battery Saver Mode The Vehicle Battery Saver Mode automatically shuts off your detector within 3 hours if you forget to turn it off. The timer is reset if the detector is turned off, unplugged or any button is pressed before the 6 hours have expired. The detector will alert you with an audible and visual warning before it shuts off.
Safety Warning System--SWS This relatively new radar is not for speed detection at all, it is used to keep you informed of highway safety. Transmitters are installed and programmed (for example: in emergency vehicles) to make you aware of possible situations that may require your attention, such as: ambulance vehicles that are moving or stationary, road hazards ahead, road construction delays or detours, etc.

This review is from: Whistler Pro-78SE High-Performance Radar Detector (Electronics)
I initially had the pro 78 detector which was excellent. So when that got stolen from my wrecked car it was a no brainer to get the Pro 78se. When I came to Amazon and saw the negative reviews because of false alarms I was skeptical but figured I would give it a try for the price. I used the pro 78se in DE, NJ, PA, NJ and the false alarms were unbearable. I wanted to get a refund from Amazon but since I bought it from another merchant thru Amazon they would not accept a return. I then contacted Whistler directly via email. I informed them that I tried the following modes: City, City1, City2, Filter1, Filter2, KA Max off and none stopped the false alarms. He told me to try and turn the POP Mode off, I did and it is 1000% better. I love this radar detector now. If you have this radar and have false alert issue then TURN OFF THE POP MODE.

This review is from: Whistler Pro-78SE High-Performance Radar Detector (Electronics)
I have been using this radar detector for about a month now, and it is great. I would like to start off by saying that I think many people have unrealistic ideas of what a radar detector will do for them. It isn't the Police Spotter 2000, no radar detector will pick up any and every police car in a 5 mile radius of you, it is unrealistic and wishful to believe that it will. I looked at the 9500i and the V1, and guess what, there are bad customer reviews on both of them, people saying that they are the worst radar detectors on the market. It is important to understand what a radar detector will do for you, once you do, you can more fully grasp the Whistler Pro 78SE.
I enjoy the voice alerts, it's useful to not always have to take your eyes off the road and still be able to tell what band the detector is picking up. Other people have really enjoyed the blue LED "periscopes" on top of the detector, that blink when it is alerting, but I have it mounted high on the... Read more

This review is from: Whistler Pro-78SE High-Performance Radar Detector (Electronics)
I have been a fan of Whistler Radar Detectors for a long time. I have owned 5 going back several, several years. Police get better equipment, we get better equipment. Well, I can say starting with the Pro 68SE I had that things are going downhill for Whistler. The speaker in that blew after only a few months and they wouldn't fix it, so I picked this up because I didn't want to change my direct wiring. Okay, I get the Pro78SE, get it all tweaked and start using it. I live way out in the country so false alarms aren't that common. With this one, it would false in the middle of a farm field. I thought I might have a setting wrong so I turned off POP and X and tried it. Well, the next couple of falses blew the speaker. Didn't ever even pick up legit radar. Okay, must be a bad unit, let's get another one shipped in. Drove around with it for a few days, same falses, but this time more and more. I look like the idiot with the cheap detector because I am slamming on my brakes for no reason... Read more
